The AccuMount system does not replace proper installation practices. It provides a repeatable framework for producing a more organized and consistent manifold assembly.
The AccuMount Brace System is a CNC-machined septic manifold support system developed to maintain component spacing and alignment during fabrication.
The system is intended for:
Septic system installers
Manifold fabrication operations
Plumbing and septic-product distributors
Contractors producing repeated manifold configurations
Organizations assembling standardized installation kits
The system is available in four-hole and six-hole configurations. Each configuration is designed around a corresponding brace arrangement and manifold barrel layout.
Each AccuMount Brace System includes the components specified for the selected configuration, which may include:
CNC-machined manifold brace components
Pre-cut 4-inch Schedule 80 barrel section
Pre-drilled and tapped connection points for 3/4-inch male pipe-thread fittings
Prepared 3-inch caps with 1/2-inch plug sight ports
Center pass-through configuration
Brace hardware components for the selected four-hole or six-hole arrangement
Final contents should be confirmed before ordering. Fittings, valves, connecting pipe, recommended parts, layout templates, and other components are not included unless specifically stated.
A matching manifold layout stencil is also available for installers who want a repeatable reference for positioning components during fabrication.
The stencil is sold separately and is not included with the AccuMount Brace System kit.
A stencil will be included with purchases of five or more AccuMount Brace Systems.
